Arthit claims to have made six previous deliveries, receiving 8,000 Baht per trip.
The vehicle is registered to Theerawut Thakhon, who is the uncle of the driver, 'Pae'.
The blue-hooded suspect, identified as a Hmong individual, was arrested in Phitsanulok while attempting to flee the country.
The suspect admitted to making multiple similar deliveries.
