Amulet Expert Faces Backlash Over Misidentified Million-Baht Statue

Initial heated argument over whether the amulet is fake or a different model.

The reporter introduces Mr. Nut, a famous expert and champion of the 'Ong Pho' category, and the live stream event.

Mr. Nut explains that differences in size and detail are due to the 'mold-stripping' process in casting.

Discussion on the materials used in the casting and why the expert believes the item cannot be a total fake.

Detailed explanation of how successive casts from the same mold result in smaller statues.

The buyer points out discrepancies in the curves and lotus base of the statue compared to the reference.

The expert acknowledges the differences but maintains the item is authentic, even if not the specific model claimed.

The expert clarifies that the statue is authentic from the same era/craftsman but may not be a 'Phra Phuttho Klang'.

Discussion on the different years of casting (e.g., 2500 B.E.) and how it affects the naming of the statues.

The Facebook page 'Once Upon a Time by Coke Zero' details the transaction attempt and the 950,000 Baht price tag.

The buyer lists the three main reasons the statue failed the comparison: size, lotus petals, and height.

Mr. Nut announces a forthcoming statement while both sides prepare for legal action.
