An ex-ranger shared a video of Cambodian soldiers encroaching on Thai territory at Huay Tamia and Khao Phra Wihan prior to the M79 firing.

The Royal Thai Army explained that warning shots were fired at a foreign national named Kevin near the Ometh border fence on May 13, 2569.
